Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you that shipping delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control. YoungCrafts would like to suggest getting orders in as soon as possible to avoid any delays. As we do offer free shipping on orders above $15, these packages will only ship via first class mail for domestic customers only. Any faster services will be paid by you. International customers will have to pay any and all shipping options.
Claims can only be filed for priority mail packages. If your order is $100 or less, you are responsible for filing the claim. First class packages are not insured. If your order is lost or damaged, nothing can be done. Please allow 14 days after your package was due to arrive to file a claim. YoungCrafts will not be responsible for filing claims. You must contact the post office to retrieve your missing package. YoungCrafts will not be responsible for packages that are LOST or STOLEN. Also, the order will not be resent. You will be required to place a new paid order. Please refer to our terms and conditions.
